1.  What do I need to do to book a shipment?
    -Call or email us to let us know you are ready to book a shipment.
    -We will then send out a set of contracts that need to be faxed back to us.
    -Along with the contracts, we require 50% deposit on all shipments.
    -All quotes given are good for 25 days.
2.  How do I pay my deposit and the remaining balance?            
    -A 50% deposit is due when a shipment is booked.  The payment needs to be in the form of
     a money order, certified check or a paypal deposit with a 3% charge for credit card fees.  
     The remaining balance is to be paid with cash, money order, certified check or a paypal    
     request including a 3% charge.
3.  What if I need to cancel?
    -If You Need To Cancel Your Trip. We take deposits because we try and fill the trip with your    
     horse (horses) in the loop. No REFUNDS on DEPOSITS when no fault of Carrier.
     No Exceptions.
4.  Are there any other fees I should know about?
    -You will be billed for any veterinary treatment needed while en-route.
    -Tack other than a halter, lead rope and blanket will cost extra.  Please inquire about tack
     costs before the trip is arranged.
    -A change in pickup or delivery location will result in an extra charge.
    -Horses that take more than 1 hour to load will cost extra.
    -There will also be charges for a delay in loading a horse due to the contact person not
     being available and/or the paperwork not being ready.
    -Difficult access roads that were not previously discussed will result in a fine as well.
5.  Do you provide insurance for my horse(s)?
    -As a federally regulated carrier we provide $500 liability coverage.  As a third party we
    can not provide full coverage on horses we do not own.
    -We advise owners shipping valuable horses to inquire about getting insurance on their
     horse(s).
-As with all shippers, we are not able to insure your horse for injury or mortality since we are not the horse's owner. But, if you wish to obtain equine insurance prior to shipping for full coverage including injury, we can suggest: Agri-Risk Services Inc. at (800) 821-5558.
6.  What paperwork do I need to have my horse shipped?
    -We require an original coggins and health certificate.  Coggins tests are good for 1 year in
     most states.  Health certificates are only good for 30 days and must be good through
     delivery.
    -Immunizations are not required by law, but we recommend that your horse be current on
     all of its shots.
7.  What should I send as far as feed on the haul?
    -One bale of hay needs to be sent for trip.
    -We do not grain during the haul unless the horse needs to take certain medicines.
8.  Will you haul my tack with the horse?
    -We will take a halter, a lead and a blanket for no extra cost.
    -Additional tack will vary in cost depending on quantity and size of the items.  Feel free to
     inquire about a tack quote.
    -We have a very full truck and trailer so please inquire ahead of time about tack.
